A superbly cast large solid silver novelty figure. It is hallmarked with Italian marks including the 800 solid silver standard mark, it tests as 800 silver and dates to c1980. It has been superbly designed being cast in the form of what looks to be a Pirate of the South China Sea, either Japanese or Chinese. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It is large measuring almost 5 inches (12.3cms) tall by a touch under 2 inches (4.5cms) wide at the widest point and weighs 128 grams.
