Antique Superb Rare Dutch/Brussel Crayfish/Eel/Flowers Terrine 18th C Polychrome. A superb and rare Dutch/Brussel 2-handled covered tureen painted in many coulours. Decorated alloverwith flowers in high relief, the matching cover a cabbage-finial. Together with a crayfish and eel - 18th Century - Dimension handle to handle. 8,8 inch (250mm) - Height incl. Cover 7,5 inch(190mm) -Very good condition. Only some minor chips/usual wear, the bowl only a reforced crack together with a little paint.
When tapped a fine''ring'' the cover a brass mounting (please see pictures). Further no cracks, hairlines or restorations. Very rare and beautiful item, Museum Piece! Mostly cheaper, it depends on the weight of the total.
